Ultra Music Festival Miami 2018 Day 3 Recap

Ultra Music Festival Miami comes to an end with the 3rd day and with it, also the Miami Music Week. If day 1 and day 2 were mind-blowing, this third day will remain in the history of the dance music; Swedish House Mafia are back with an unbelievable show but, let’s start from the beginning of this Day 3 at Bayfront Park.

The day has started with the amazing Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano couple who have delivered a pure groovy-house DJ set their worldwide known production as “Drums Of Tobago” and “S.O.T.U.” as well as stage destroyer as “12 O’Clock” by Corey James, Jose De Mara and Crusy. They played also a spectacular ID that you can listen to below.

Live at Ultra Miami 2018 - Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano

Day 3 of Ultra Music Festival Miami 2018 has just ended with the Reunion of the Swedish House Mafia.

Following the schedule, Protocol’s Boss Nicky Romero taken over the mainstage delivering a set packed with mashups and ID. He played more than 50 records including acapella and three new exclusive IDs.

At 7.15 pm, Armin Van Buuren was live from his ASOT Live and, we are very sad about this choice, What So Not was live-streamed for only 5 minutes. Fortunately, after that, Eric Prydz dropped an amazing DJ set at Megastructure that includes a great number of IDs (you can check it there). But, it’s from 10 pm that the best party of this #Ultra20 started.

After 5 years and with a peak of 180000 people connected live (almost three times the previous streams) magic happens at Bayfront Park and the three Swedish guys, better know as Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello, come back together. Swedish House Mafia are finally reunited. We don’t want to stay here to describe the DJ-set because it was something else. From all the classics to new never played records it was one of the greatest show happened at Ultra ever. You can find all the set (video and audio) following this link.

Thanks to Ultra or delivering such an amazing festival and thanks to you, to all the lovers for the music that have followed with us or have joined physically the performances in Miami. An amazing chapter of music has been written this week and we can’t wait to see, but mostly, hear what’s coming next.

See you next year Miami.
