After the release of his long-acclaimed album Oddyssey in 2020, AMTRAC returns with two new records, Grit and Unanswered, teaming up with The Juan Maclean.
Kicking off with AMTRAC’s signature sound, Grit features hypnotic and dreamy melodic lines packed with a steady and well-defined ryhtyhm. The main melodic synth follows the beats to open up in a soothing breakdown. The rising arpeggio and the electronic themes travel into surreal soundscapes delivering an astonishing feeling of peace and hope. Incapsulating the energy on the build-up, Grit explodes into a powerful drop packed with complex beats and comforting harmonies.

Unanswered travels on the same wavelength with softer and more defined plucked arrangements and delicate percussions. Again, the hypnotic main lines and the central point of the tune with, this time, a bubbling and feeling-good house-driven pattern on the central part.
