Midge unveils dreamy-melodic remix for Blank Page ‘Rome’
Keeping unaltered the dreamy and cinematic lines, Midge added deeper and more minimal beats paired with long and melodic-techno elements on the remix.
All the way from the UK Midge just delivered a fantastic dreamy sonic journey with his remix for Blank Page’s single Rome.
Originally released early this year on UltraViolet Music, Rome is Blank Page 2020 debut single. Built around dreamy and progressive melodies, the original tune feature also cinematic and intimate ambient sound with a private vocal flowing through the record. A special production that delivers relaxing vibes and feelings of hope in a time when we all need it. The track was warmly received by the fans to such an extent that a remix was needed.
Midge, UK DJ, and producer jumped on the remix game with his own spin of Rome. Keeping unaltered the dreamy and cinematic lines, Midge added deeper and more minimal beats paired with long and melodic-techno elements. Blending together trance sequences with techno details and progressive ingredients, Midge has definitely given new life to the already amazing tune. Sitting somewhere on the progressive house / melodic house and techno spectrum with piano chords, vocoder vocals and arpeggiate counter melodies, Rome is a perfect crossover of the genres we love the most.
Not a new addition on UltraViolet Music, Midge already released under the label last year his single Let It Take You. With a great variety of house, techno, tech-house, and minimal releases, Midge has proven his skill on various electronic music genre delivering over the years more and more polished tunes. Midge also produced under various alias but in the last period he focused on his progressive, melodic side receiving support from the like of Cristoph, Grum, Solar Stone, and his remix of Rome was even played on BBC Radio. More releases by him are lined up for the upcoming months so keep an eye on this guy for even more material.
