Swedish House Mafia’s Madison Square Garden show turns 6 years today

Six years ago, preciously December 16th, 2011, the legendary trio, Swedish House Mafia, performed at Madison Square Garden (see also Miami one) gifting to the fans what has become the milestone of EDM modern DJ-set.

6 years ago Swedish House Mafia has changed EDM history forever.

The show went sold out in almost 10 minutes and quoting Steve Angello’s worlds of that night:

We put a nightclub in Madison Square Garden. […] This gonna be history

And it really was. 6 years later that set could be reproduced on every stage/festival around the globe and it would be fresh and unique as it was at that time.
