Vangelis Kostoxenakis, better known by his stage name Ekoboy, is a dedicated DJ and music producer from Athens, Greece, who is regularly found at the top of the charts.
Read My Lips features a heavy and non-stop house beat packed with rolling percussion and a hypnotic vocal loop. The clean and perfectly mixed groovy rhythm make the tune a perfect club banger that will make the dancefloor move on every occasion.
His desire to create music led him to study music technology and sound engineering in college, and he admits that, as a perfectionist, he is still honing his craft to this day. He has developed a deep musical background through various styles over the course of his long career in the industry, but he has always remained dedicated to house music, with several successful monikers such as Phatjak, Angel Stoxx, and Breaking Toys achieving great commercial success.
Ekoboy is constantly in the studio, producing new exciting material that is turning heads. He does not follow trends or music “fashion.” His talents have not gone unnoticed with regular A-list DJ support, and a series of radio plays from Annie Mac and Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1.
