Guantanamo Bae drops melodic-deep-techno gem ‘Dad Boner’

Guantanamo Bae

A melodic journey through space and time, Guantanamo Bae presents his new tune, Dad Boner, out now worldwide.

Released at the beginning of this year, Dad Boner marks Guantanamo Bae’s first release in 2021. With this tune, Bae has moved away from his previous production, more mainstream-oriented, for something more minimal and intimate.

Kicking off with a soft and delicate beat, the record rapidly introduces gentle progressive melodies and long cinematic lines. The synth-driven arpeggio, paired with the clean beat, drops into a simple but effective first drop focused on a very fresh up-and-down baseline. The fragile main plucked theme is paired with monumental and distinctive melodic arrangements that fuse together into an incredible second drop.

So just heard someone say that was the name they wanted to make their band but never got around to it, this is my tribute to the band that never was and probably should have never been. I was a huge fan of punk rock back in the day, and the song titles were always pretty ridiculous, so I don’t see why I wouldn’t name my bep bop robot music whatever I feel like. – Guantanamo Bae about the track’s name

Dad Boner is currently out now Guantanamo Bae’s imprint, Mac Attack Records Llc. You can stream the tune below or follow this link to download your personal copy.
