All the way from Belgium, Maxi Meraki presents a new melodic single The New Abnormal.
This lovely melodic jam has a slow but firm kick, tasty percussions to spice up the groove, and emotional piano phrases paired with warm synth chords and a lively arpeggio on the melody side, creating a deep and inspiring atmosphere.
Maki Meraki was introduced to the popular Miami Vice series when he was born in Belgium at the beginning of the 1990s. His musical tastes were influenced by the series’ infamous soundtracks and general style, which led him to underground disco and melodic house. He still uses the same bright tones in his releases and sets, and he’s known for his constant smile.
Fascinated by new sounds and music, he quickly began producing his own music and releasing it on labels such as Nervous Records, ARTWRK, Future Disco, SUDAM Recordings, and German DJ Tensnake’s True Romance.
