All the way from Johannesburg, South Africa, DJ, and producer Kasango presents a fresh and tribal remix of Nico de Andrea, Darla Jade, Yuma ‘Lost’.
Lost is Nico de Andrea’s first 2022 single. Incapsulating feeling good housy vibes, a catchy vocal, and dreamy harmonies, the original mix is a pure refreshing tune. Not an easy task to remix such a gem but, Kasango was able to inject some serious groovy house vibes into it. Kicking off with a shaky percussive rhythm, the tune adds that layer of steady tribal harmonies we all love. Keeping the tempo slow but, at the same time, delivering hypnotic strains thanks to the original top vocal, Kasango’s remix real touch of class is in the drop. Gentle and romantic melodies accompany the listener on an unreal journey.
Producing this remix for Nico has marked off one of my goals. I have always wanted to work with Nico because I appreciate and love his music. ‘Lost’ is a very special project. – Kasango
