Protocol veterans, Raiden and Tom Tyger, are back on Nicky’s imprint with ‘Electric’. The record follows their first release together, ‘C’est La Vibe’.
With an underground spin on their progressive house sound, ‘Electric’ is set to move the dancefloor. The track features deep, driving bass coupled with funky topline melodies and a catchy vocal riff. The clean and smooth drop is perfectly merged with the uplifting breakdown that gives a unique soul to the track. ‘Electric’ bring us back in time with its bouncing and rolling top melody and the hypnotic vibes.
‘Electric’ showcase Raiden and Tom Tyger skills into crafting a mainstage and underground weapon. Both artists have improved their sounds a lot lately; from groovy tunes to more radio-friendly ones, if you check their previous discography there’s something for everyone.
Tom Tyger latest release on Nicky’s label goes back four months ago. It was the collaboration with Charles B and VCTRY ‘One Too Many’. Tom is an abituè of Protocol; this year he released ‘Rave Me’ with FaderX, ‘Only for Your Love’ remix in addition to the aforementioned ‘One Too Many’.
All the way from South Korea, Raiden is one of the rising talents of the scene. Part of the Protocol family with releases like ‘Heart Of Steel’ and ‘Light Me Up’ he recently released on SIZE too. He teamed up with K-Pop artists as well as with progressive house maestro DubVision on Garrix imprint STMPD.
Raiden and Tom Tyger ‘Electric’ is currently out now on Protocol. Nicky Romero label has imposed itself as one of the leading imprints in the dance industry. Months ago, Protocol hosted its own label party during ADE, with guests from the lights of Martin Garrix, W&W, StadiumX and more.
