Fortnite worldwide famous player, Ninja, has just jumped into the dance music field with ‘Game Time’ together with 3LAU. The track, released under Astralwerks (UMG) is part of NINJAWERKS Vol. 1, a Fortnite inspired compilation.
NINJAWERKS Vol. 1 is the first compilation of its genre; now, you can enjoy hours of play inside Fortnite with the right soundtrack. Curated from the beginning to the end the compilation fits perfectly with the video game mood, and not only.
3LAU and #1 Fortnite player, Ninja. team up for ‘Game Time’ on NINJAWERKS Vol. 1 compilation.
The opening track of the compilation we can find 3LAU ‘Game Time’ feat. Ninja. If you’ve followed the USA-based DJ and producer, you know that this year, he has released his album ‘Ultraviolet’ and couple of other singles. Well, forgot that tracks: ‘Game Time’ is something new and completely fresh and unique, totally far away from the previous releases. Low tempo beats and synth retro waves vibes are the main core of ‘Game Time’. The robotic pre-drop vocal loop gives that surplus making the track a fantastic tune for inflaming the dancefloor.
“When I had the opportunity to work with Ninja on ‘Game Time’ & the Ninjawerks compilation, I was insanely excited to combine two lifelong interests. In making ‘Game Time,’ the goal was to meld more nostalgic video-game sounds with a modern club-oriented bass line & of course, Ninja’s synthesized vocals. It was the perfect recipe for a high energy record, and we are all so excited for the world to hear it!” – 3LAU about ‘Game Time’
We’re happily surprised by this record. A breath of fresh air for the industry that, little by little, seems to come out from a tunnel of mediocrity. 3LAU ‘Game Time’ is one of that tracks that works perfectly both on big festival crowds or intimate clubs.
3LAU ‘Game Time’ feat. Ninja is not the only record on NINJAWERKS Vol. 1. The second track is the new Alesso’s single called ‘Tilted Towers’. Last but not least the compilation features Tycho’s ‘Jetty’. The record moves away from the two previous one bringing some relaxing and chill vibes into the compilation.
NINJAWERKS Vol. 1, which includes all the three records, is now available via Astralwerks (UMG). Fun fact is that the covers are inspired by Fortnite skin and show the artists in a cartoonesque dress.
