Taking influence from Alison’s lyrics, I wanted to create a club version that felt nostalgic, but modern. In a song about finding the love of your life over many lifetimes, it felt right placing the sound of the mellotron at center stage. The mellotron has always been one of my favorite instruments. It plays back previously recorded tape, delivering a very unique, gritty, and beautiful tone – Andrew about this emotional masterpiece
