Exactly one year ago, after 28 years of career and 11 albums released, Daft Punk announced their dissolution to the world with an 8-minute short film: Epilogue. But today, the electronic duo made up of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, sent out a signal to their fans around the world. The French duo updated all their social pages with a new image with a new logo, as well as they opened a verified channel on Twitch. Re-live the stream if you missed it here.

Daft Punk is streaming live their first concert in 1997.

One more time? Will it be the beginning of a new era? Will a virtual “memorial” of the works of the iconic French duo be created? Could they have embarked on the path of NFTs? It is not known. But a single image was enough to raise the curiosity of fans and enthusiasts. All the hypotheses are open, and possible surprises are not excluded.

An unreleased, exclusive, and time-limited live stream on February 22nd at 2:22 pm PST: Mayan 97′ concert as part of Daftendirektour, Daft Punk’s first concert tour from January to December 1997.

Daft Punk formed in 1993 and released their debut album, ‘Homework,’ in 1997. ‘Random Access Memories,‘ released in 2013, was their most recent album. They have now released a 25th Anniversary Edition on Spotify.
