Legendary duo Tale Of Us is back with a long-awaited remix of Cubicolor‘s tune Wake Me Up.
Premiered back in February during Tale Of Us all night long event at Fabrique, the duo’s remix of Wake Me Up has been one of the most-watched ID for Afterlife fans. The record popped up again during last month’s Afterlife Unity live stream from Ibiza. Now, finally, this gem is available worldwide.
Part of Cubicolor’s second studio album, Hardley A Day, Hardly A Aight, and previously released as part of the EP Melodies, the original has amassed more than 600k plays on Spotify alone. Deep and intimate vibes with the dreamy melodies as the main pillar are the soul of the track and, Tale Of Us didn’t change it, otherwise, they elevate the track on an upper level. The vocal has been kept, adding soothing and hypnotic beats to it. The narcotic-arpeggio flow through all the tune perfectly colliding with a minimal but clean percussion.
