Deep State announce ‘Reactor Vol. 2’ with first single by Erik Lucas

Ahead of Reactor Vol 2 and its 13 tracks release, there will be a special launch event at Soundcheck DC on the 21st of January.

Following a successful year in which we hosted our first festival stage at Dreamstate, Deep State Recordings is gearing up for a big start to 2022 with Reactor Vol. 2.

Reactor compilations include exclusive tracks that highlight the talent behind Deep State Recordings as well as the sound we are creating through the label and events. Each volume is our way of sharing who we are and a preview of what’s to come.

Reactor Vol 2 includes 13 unreleased tracks, including new original music from label head Grum on “Candy Crusher.” The label is also ready to welcome back Paul Thomas following his outstanding remix of “Runaway” for Heartbeats:Ten.

Ahead of the full release, there will be three singles: Erik Lucas’ “Aim At Heaven out now, Sebastien Silva’s “Intrinsic” on January 7th, and Estiva’s “Alone” (Grum Remix) on January 14th. The label will also be holding a special launch event at Soundcheck DC on January 21st.

Talking about the first single extracted from Deep State Reactor Vol. 2 Erik Lucas returns with his iconic melodic-dreamy and trancy vibes. Aim At Heaven encapsulates everything Depp State represents: long and cinematic arpeggio, out-of-this-world soundscapes, and angelic percussive rhythms. This is not the first release on the label for Eric Lucas. He debuted early this year with Genesis. The record was even played by Above & Beyond on their Group therapy 442.
