To round off its 20th anniversary year, Defected and its’ Disco not-so-sub label Glitterbox are throwing two incredible parties at London’s Printworks to bring in the new decade. With nightlife phenomenon Glitterbox welcoming in New Year’s Eve and Defected kicking off 2020 on New Year’s Day, the two huge parties in one of the capital’s most exciting venues will make an unmissable start to the year.
After Defected brought in 2019 in epic style and Glitterbox made its sparkling debut at Printworks in February, both parties make their hotly anticipated return to the club on Tuesday 31st December and Wednesday 1st January for a spectacular doubleheader.
Situated south of the river in Surrey Quays, Printworks’ groundbreaking multi-purpose venue is changing the face of London’s cultural scene, with staggering lighting and sound production, original machinery and industrial features retained from its time as a fully operational printing press. Through its thoughtful, broad programming the club shares Defected and Glitterbox’s dedication to breaking new ground in nightclub culture, leading the way for an exciting new chapter in London’s clubland.
