For the first time in 10 years, HARD Events has today revealed the much-awaited lineup for the festival’s return to the City of Angels. Taking place in Downtown Los Angeles from August 5th-6th, the milestone fifteenth edition of HARD Summer will utilize a brand new venue combination with various stages spread out across the campuses of the historic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Exposition Park, and BMO Stadium.

The 2023 roster maintains the multi-genre philosophy and commitment to showcasing up-and-coming scenes that continue to distinguish HARD Summer as one of the most thrilling festivals in the nation. Fans can expect triumphant returns from those whose massive trajectories have defined HARD’s bleeding-edge curation, coupled with leading hip-hop headliners, beacons of the global underground, and scene risers du jour.

Lifelong HARD fans are aware that the family of musicians that grew up with the company in its formative years have gone on to rule the global dance music scene. The festival welcomes these legends back to the stage in honor of its fifteenth anniversary with a curatorial touch that stays faithful to its creative spirit. Following their sold-out performance at Madison Square Garden, Skrillex makes a triumphant comeback with a special b2b set alongside production wizard Four Tet. John Summit has joined HARD favorite Kaskade for a multigenerational tag team of a lifetime. Diplo will continue his exploration of more esoteric strains of house set forth by his Higher Ground imprint alongside the ABRACADABRA icon BLOND:ISH.

The legendary Boys Noize, LA’s own wild Dillon Francis, and the top-charting sounds of Gorgon City continue the super-reunion of HARD veterans.

With Atlanta’s own Ludacris and NYC hero Fat Joe, as well as psychedelic rap artist Kid Cudi and the return of 21 Savage following his victorious 2022 HARD debut, hip-hop and rap from the past and present will once again take center stage at HARD. Oliver Tree, an offbeat pop group, and the melodic sounds of Two Feet are two other live performances that stand out.

For HARD Summer’s Pink Stage in 2023, some of the most renowned acts from the underground house and techno scene will join Los Angeles in flying its flag as the city’s epicenter. Together with Bronx legends and Cuttin’ Headz rulers The Martinez Brothers and Grammy Award-winning South African sensation Black Coffee, the lineup also includes a special live performance by Belfast’s live electronic duo Bicep. Loco Dice will offer the Ibiza vibe, and Denis Sulta will lend his unpredictable flavor to the mix. Some of the most intriguing up-and-coming performers in the business, including AMÉMÉ, Ben Sterling, Lauren Lane with Ms. Mada, ChaseWest, Azzecca, Noizu, and Nala, will also perform on the stage.

HARD has chosen the top musicians from Los Angeles to contribute to its diverse sounds, demonstrating its commitment to the city. Emo Nite will continue their reign as revivalists of the post-punk era, while the city’s famed warehouse scene is put on display with sets from Club Tularosa and fun2bjane.

With performances by Netsky, Kayzo with Sullivan King, and SAYMYNITTI (Nitti Gritti and SAYMYNAME), as well as Kai Wachi, PEEKABOO, Alix Perez, Yellow Claw with Flosstradamus, Diesel, 4B with JSTJR, and the rapidly rising newcomers ISOxo and Knock2, those looking for the heavier electronic sounds will once again find their place at HARD Summer. Blanke, SIPPY, Luude, and Ninajirachi will represent the more ecstatic end of the genre.

This brand-new venue complex serves as the ideal platform for HARD Summer to further its commitment to providing enjoyable experiences for visitors. Fans can take the LA Metro to and from the event for a simple commute, or they can sample some of the most renowned food sellers at the base of the Coliseum Torch. In addition, HARD Summer will organize a number of official afterparties in prestigious locations throughout Los Angeles, providing a genuine city-side takeover. Closer to the festival, more information about the afterparty will be revealed.

Tickets will be available for purchase on HARD Summer website on Friday, March 10th at 10 AM PT via HARD Summer’s official website. This includes the GA and VIP options, each of which requires a $9.95 down payment.
