The weekend is over and with it also the 2018 edition of Tomorrowland. With its enormous number of performances, this year edition was absolutely one of the best so far. One of our stages this year was the Axtone one, that has taken over the Freedom structure delivering “Nothing But Love.”
We have reached Jack Wins who was going to play on the Axtone Stage last weekend at Tomorrowland and we asked him some questions. he played a massive set with some exclusive IDs inside. let’s have a look.
Jack Wins debuts at Tomorrowland 2018 on the Axtone stage delivering huge IDs: Q/A
This year marked your debut at Tomorrowland - how was it?!
Yeah it was incredible; what a huge indoor arena! Amazing to be part of it!
Tell us about some of your memories from the festival.
So much fun hanging out with the Axtone family, finally meet Axwell again and hear him play his mashup of Freewheelin! Fatboy Slim’s set was amazing as well. Also really nice to bump into so many fellow djs/producers throughout the day. My biggest highlight though was catching up with fans after my set. Shame I was only there for a day as I would have loved to really explore the whole festival!
So far this year, you have released ‘Freewheelin’ (Axtone) feat. Caitlyn Scarlett & ‘Feel My Love’ (AFTR:HRS) feat. Rae Hall - when can we expect your next single?
Hopefully late August/ early Septemeber!
As well as Tomorrowland, you’ve played at Hi Ibiza and have forthcoming dates at Creamfields. Aside from Tomorrowland, who has been the best crowd to date?
Victoria Warehouse in Manchester was immense! So much energy!
What artists should we be keeping our eyes & ears open for?
Not newcomers per se, but am digging people like Dave Winnel, Magnificence, Oomloud, CID to name a few.
