Following a run of successful releases on MIR Music over the past two years, hotly-tipped Ukrainian artist Katy Rise now looks to open up her 2023 tally with the announcement of her stunning new Light House EP. The two-part Light House EP, out now exclusively on Beatport, is Katy Rise’s long-awaited debut release on the prestigious Italian label Natura Viva. It includes a stunning remix by legendary Greek producer Thodoris Triantafillou.

Renowned for her rich, melodic soundscapes and upbeat moods, Katy’s distinctive approach throughout the album is captivating and draws the listener in from the first kickdrum. Returning to Natura Viva following a string of noteworthy releases on the likes of Bedrock, Secret Fusion, ATLANT, and Blue Shadow, to name a few, Thodoris steps up to the plate to deliver a epic, peak time rendition of Katy’s sublime original as he combines vintage synths and old school drum fills to conclude a stunning EP on the burgeoning imprint.

Katy Rise has always made music a major part of her life. When she first started DJing in 2016, she quickly attracted significant attention from around the world due to her distinctive taste in music. She showcased this taste in a series of exclusive live streams on her YouTube channel, which attracted thousands of views and immediate support from around the world. In addition to performing her own residencies at radio stations and nightclubs in Turkey and Ukraine, Katy has appeared as a guest on numerous radio shows all around the world. She joined the “NATURE BEAT” organizational musical movement in 2020 as a co-founder, helping to plan concerts and festivals there. Katy Rise is an indefatigable worker who is entirely self-made. Her studio creations and DJ sets usually have a strong euphoric vibe that leaves a lasting impression.
