Together with up-and-coming artist Ishi, electronic music legend Maceo Plex will release the much-anticipated tune “Moon Sky” on the Lone Romantic label.
Maceo Plex, known for headlining the world’s most renowned clubs and festivals, has once again demonstrated his mastery of electronic music with the release of “All Night” featuring Belgian electronic pop sensation Oscar And the Wolf. He now focuses on a project with the versatile producer and performer Ishi, whose fusion of soul, funk, and electronica has won him a devoted fan base.
Ishi’s lyrical vocals are complemented by slow, intentional drum loops in “Moon Sky,” a creative piece of downtempo electronica. The moody atmosphere is full of longing, with deeply buried bass and muted chords creating a moving and inescapable sound.
“We’re thrilled to be releasing ‘Moon Sky’ and to have had the opportunity to work with Ishi,” said Maceo Plex. “This music is different from how I usually write, and I can’t wait for listeners to hear what we came up with together.”
