After two years of stop because of the pandemic, the iconic house and techno OffWeek Festival is set to return in 2022 from the 17th to the 19th of June in Barcelona. This year’s event schedule is everything we have missed from OffWeek Barcelona. Kicking off on Friday, the most awaited return of Tale Of Us’s Afterlife showcase; on the same day [a:rpia:r] will mark its return after a couple of years of hiatus. Saturday will see FRRC label and Solomun’s Diynamic take over OffWeek, ending on Sunday with ARTBAT’s label Upperground showcase.
If you’re new to it, OffWeek Festival is one of the most famous events in Spain when it comes to electronic music. Running every year in mid-June, the festival takes place in the huge space of Parc del Forum in Barcelona. Several open-air stages are built in the area and people can choose to attend single events or buy a pass for the whole 3-day festival. This year five label showcases have been revealed and more are to be announced. Tickets will be on sale from today, February the 17th from 4 PM CEST via here.
Afterlife OffWeek Festival 2022
One, if not the most acclaimed label party in the world, Afterlife, will make its return to Barcelona. With two massive stages and an insane 14 artists lineup, 2022 OffWeek Festival Afterlife will run on Friday the 17th from 2 AM to 2 PM. On the mainstage, the amphitheatrum will host Tale Of Us, Stephan Bodzin (live), Mind Against, Fideles, Colyn, Kevin de Vries, and 8KAYS. The temple’s lineup is composed instead of Kobosil, Chris Liebing, FJAAK, KA:AST, Woo York, Adiel, and Øostil.

On Friday the 17th, [a:rpia:r] will make its return to Barcelona. After releasing Ricardo Villalobos’s Empirical House LP in 2017, the label took a long pause until last year, with the release of Dubtil’s Anume EP. [a:rpia:r] showcase at OffWeek Festival 2022 sees on the lineup Rhadoo, Petre Inspirescu, Raresh, Praslea, Dan Andrei, and Dreamrec VJ.
FRRC
The return of the mighty Ricardo Villalobos, with his FRRC concept, alongside some of the world’s best selectors to Parc del Forum marks the second day of the festival. Longtime collaborator and fabric resident Craig Richards will join Ricardo, alongside the inimitable DJ Koze, Sonja Moonear, Francesco del Garda, and Tripmastaz to round out the lineup. Expect extended sets across the board.
Diynamic OffWeek Festival 2022
Solomun’s Diynamic imprint will make its return to Barcelona on Saturday. The lineup hasn’t been revealed yet.
Upperground
Last but not least, closing down OffWeek Festival 2022, the newly founded ARTBAT‘S imprint Upperground. On the lineup techno heavyweight from the caliber of Agents Of Time, Fred Lenix, Patrice Baumel, and Shall Ocin. Besides ARTBAT the event will see Camelphat as a special guest behind the decks.
