10 days and it will be Tomorrowland 2019. To warm up your engines and put people on the right mood, Tomorrowland started a series of takeovers on its Official Radio. From Monday to Thursday of this week Axtone is taking over One World Radio with its full roster. From Tom Staar to D.O.D., Kryder, Jack Wins as well as the boss, Axwell, you can hear hours of pure and house music. Axtone will also host its own stage during the second week of Tomorrowland; the Freedom stage will be turned in Axwell’s kingdom including a massive lineup.
As part of Relive the Madness, Shapov dropped his mix, including, among the others Chasing Shadows.
Started when Shapov was part of Hard Rock Sofa, the track disappeared for some years until January 2018 when Shapov teased on his stories. A new version appeared in May of the same year but no released date was announced. Only last April, via his VK account, Shapov stated that the track was set to release soon. No more info since than.
Now, two months later, Chasing Shadows reappeared on Shapov’s mix during Axtone One World Radio takeover. The version, slightly different from the previous plays, received heavy criticism from the fans. From people asking what happened with the original version and why it turned out so empty, it surely wasn’t the best “premiere” the track could expect.
