Ultra Music Festival will go ahead despites coronavirus thanks to SiriusXM
The famous satellite radio will stream Ultra Virtual Audio Festival featuring only exclusive new DJ sets
Ultra Music Festivalhas been one of the first to cancel this year’s edition due to Coronavirus; luckily, with the help of SiriusXM, the festival will turn into Ultra Virtual Audio Festival. On UMF Radio, Channel 52, starting this Friday the radio station will stream only exclusive LIVE Dj Sets from the lights of Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Above & Beyond, Major Lazer, Lost Frequencies, Oliver Heldens, Nicky Romero, and more. These artists, originally scheduled to perform at the festival, will instead deliver you an exclusive set only for SiriusXM’s Virtual Audio Festival.
With the postponement of beloved events, necessary changes in people’s everyday life, and need for social distancing, we know our listeners are seeking a sense of community more than ever. This limited-time channel will also include the most iconic DJ-set taken from the previous editions of the festival. The channel won’t stick into a genre as already schedule live sets to rebroadcast to include Kygo, Carl Cox, Zedd and tons more.
