CORE Records is strongly steeped in the musical DNA of both the CORE Festival in Brussels and the legendary CORE stage at Tomorrowland. The festival and stage are both known for pushing the frontiers of musical genres, cultures, and borders. CORE is an innovative, forward-thinking, and genre-bending record label that will concentrate on publishing cutting-edge songs and signing rising stars who do things differently.
The label’s ultimate goal is to connect music listeners all over the world to the most fascinating and diverse musical projects. Afriqua, a solo dandy producer located in Berlin, and Mosley Jr., an electronic outlet from Belgium, are among the first artists to join the new company.

Afriqua is the artist responsible for the first release on CORE Records. The Berlin-based dance music auteur is releasing the first single ‘LVSCK‘ of his upcoming groovy ‘MAXI SINGLE’ EP (set to release on June 16).
This single is a cosmic constellation of gleaming disco, energetic house, and pulsating techno featuring four exquisite electro, breakbeat tracks that are freeing both the dancer and the listener.
The first track is titled “LVSCK,” and it is an easy-going opener that grooves while meditating on how to deal with love relationships. It is designed to make your heart melt and get your body moving. His ‘MAXI SINGLE’ EP is infused with a sense of escape, a sensation that he has been pursuing ever since he first started playing the piano as a child. The EP was recorded after he had ended a relationship.

Niels Blondeel, better known by his stage as AMyn, and Ijsbrand De Wilde, a member of the band Stavroz, make up Mosley Jr., a Belgian electronic outlet is next up to release on CORE Records.
Their highly anticipated first album is scheduled to be released on June 30, and the first single, titled “Lonestar Retreat,” is scheduled to be released on May 26. The song is a musical retreat to a more creative reality. Mosley Jr. are beloved for their warm and painstakingly crafted minimal deep music, and they are pushing the frontiers of electronic music in the process of doing so. They have carved out a unique niche for themselves within the genre. The song ‘Lonestar Retreat‘ is a real treasure that is perfect for both listening to on a balmy evening in the summer and dancing to in a dimly lit, intimate club.

About the artist: Afriqua
Afriqua sees genres as nothing more than a boundary for the imagination.
Afriqua, who was born Adam Longman Parker and lived in Virginia, recalls that local musicians such as Pharrell, Timbaland, and Missy Elliott served as sources of inspiration for him while he was growing up.
The Berlin-based producer combines glittering disco with energizing house and techno for dancefloor adventures that transcend description. He has the intuition of a classically educated musician and the hip-hop sensitivities of a turntablist, and he uses both of these skills to create his unique sound. Afriqua’s introduction to music came about as a result of the fact that his parents were the lucky winners of a raffle for piano lessons at their synagogue.
His chameleon-like musicality and penchant for experimentation led to his most recent journey, which was to become the first artist signed to CORE Records, a brand-new boutique label that is a part of Tomorrowland. Afriqua is well positioned to achieve even greater success in 2023 thanks to the signing of a new record deal and the release of a formidable EP.
