2021 seems the year for UNDERHER with a series of incredible releases until now. His catalog already counts 18 tunes, every one of them released this year; this massive release history includes the 2-track EP Audara on Somatic as well as the antecedent of today’s You Can’t Give Me What I Want EP: Everything Goes.
The song is similar to its predecessor in that it is another slice of ethereal beauty with a male vocal. It’s an instantly recognizable UNDERHER record, with two versions available: the original’s organic leaning, slowed tempo and a very current ‘State Of Independence‘ mix, which will no doubt please those who spend the majority of their time and money in the Beatport Indie section.
Tim Engelhardt (our interview), who sprinkles it with a healthy dose of studio magic and further underlines his fast-rising status within the world of melodic house and techno, gets the remix honors. With the addition of piano, he transforms it into one of the most elegant and uplifting reworks in recent memory.

Finally, they revisit ‘Everything Goes,’ courtesy of Heîk, who teams up with Words Of Ni to take us on a dark, breakbeat fantasy that he was specifically commissioned to create.
I really enjoyed the challenge of doing something a bit different. Renaissance gave me quite a lot of time to work on the remix and I think it shows. It provided me the room to explore a genre I love, but don’t normally work in – Heîk and Words Of Niō
