PALLADIAN drop second single from upcoming album, ‘Zagara’

PALLADIAN
PALLADIAN

The Barcelona-based Italian downtempo electronica duo PALLADIAN returns with the gorgeously laid-back feel-good single “Zagara,” which is taken from their upcoming debut album, following a number of fruitful collaborations across a variety of reputable labels.

And it’s a slice of tasteful and driving electronica that straddles delicate lin, being both club-appropriate and lounge ready. occasionally bringing to mind the moving compositions of Bonobo, Parra For Cuva, Four tet, and Tor.

The track’s name, which means “orange blossom” in Italian, refers to its warmth, organic nature, and allure. designed in this way to mimic the flower that inspired them, overpowering the Mediterranean coast and urban streets with its lovely citrus scent at the start of the spring season. It’s very much a fond personal memory and a reminder of home infused in the minds of both producers, whose roots, and lives very much revolve around this region.

The cover artwork, created by Alice Spadaro, continues the reoccurring creative concept of memories throughout this project. It is composed of cut-outs from pertinent photographs that have been zoomed in so closely that they are unrecognizable, suggesting a memory or glimpse of what they once were. Although intangible, it is inextricably linked to something very real.

Take note, of conceptual music aficionados and those seeking more in-depth experiences than the initial thrills.

With collaborations with labels like Enhanced Music, Armada, and Future Archive, PALLADIAN has steadily built a reputation for producing excellent dance-oriented electronica. Picking up a host of editorial support from Spotify and Apple Music, significant radio play across Europe, and a ton of press support including Eton Messy, ThisSongIsSick, Chill Select, and more.
