Axwell, the renowned Swedish DJ, and producer, has once again impressed his fans by playing a brand new ID at Tomorrowland Winter 2023. The opening of his set featured a collaboration between Corey James and Thomas Newson, resulting in a track that is sure to be a hit among dance music enthusiasts.
Axel Christofer Hedfors, a.k.a. Axwell, who is part of the Swedish House Mafia, has been a prominent figure in the dance music industry for over a decade. He is known for his electrifying performances and for constantly pushing the boundaries of electronic music.
Axwell Opens Tomorrowland Winter 2023 Set with Unreleased Corey James & Thomas Newson ID
Axwell, one of the members of the iconic Swedish House Mafia trio, delighted fans at Tomorrowland Winter 2023 in France with a brand new ID to open his Mainstage set. The ID is reportedly a collaboration between Corey James and Thomas Newson.
The tracklist for the rest of the set was equally impressive, featuring a mix of classic and modern house tracks, as well as some Swedish House Mafia mashups. Axwell treated the crowd to an edit of Those Two’s “Rock You, Rock You,” as well as a mashup of Inner City’s “Good Life” with an ID remix and Swedish House Mafia’s “Frankenstein” acapella. He also dropped a Swedish House Mafia 2022 rework of “Miami 2 Ibiza” featuring Tinie Tempah and an acapella of “Can U Feel It.”
Other highlights from the set included “Antidote,” a Swedish House Mafia 2022 rework of their collaboration with Knife Party, and “Don’t You Worry Child,” which closed out the set along with a remix of “Moth To A Flame” featuring an unknown artist.
