The CRSSD Festival announces the lineup for the 2024 edition that will take place on March 2 and 3 at Waterfront Park in San Diego. Tale Of Us headlines the Ocean View stage, Armand Van Helden and Mochakk lead the Palms stage, and Joris Voorn takes charge at the City Steps stage.
Since 2015, when founded, CRSSD Festival has made San Diego a special place for people who love underground techno music. The event is a mainstay on the international festival calendar. It was created to bring together the best and brightest in clubland in a setting that embodies the sun-drenched style of Southern California.
Today, CRSSD announced another broad-based lineup for its Spring 2024 event. CRSSD Festival 2024 will take place again at Waterfront Park in downtown San Diego on March 2 and 3.
During the day, CRSSD takes over the lush, conveniently located Waterfront Park by the bay. Its after-work party series, CRSSD After Dark, takes place in bars, venues, and remodeled spaces all over the city. These are the afterparties. The artists playing at CRSSD in the spring of 2024 come from a wide range of electronic music styles and eras. Expect from techno to house to deep.
Tale Of Us, Black Coffe, and WhoMadeWho will headline CRSSD Festival 2024. More on the lineup
The Italian melodic pair Tale Of Us will headline the CRSSD 2024 lineup. They will play on the Ocean View stage. They are not only very good at making music, but they are also very good at making art. They are joined by Black Coffee, and WhoMadeWho, a live act that doesn’t stick to one genre are up next on the lineup. Red Axes, an eclectic live pair, Austrian trip-hop pioneers Kruder & Dorfmeister, hip-hop and soul-influenced producer SANGO, and Little Dragon, a famous Swedish electronic band, will also be performing at CRSSD’s Ocean View.
The legendary Armand Van Helden and the Brazilian house music virtuoso Mochakk run the Palms stage at CRSSD 2024. Mochakk is famous for going viral on social media, and his stage appearance is second to none. On the bill are also Innervisions founder Dixon and the sought-after band Astra Club, who always play a surprising mix of avant-garde and energetic underground heat. British UK garage star Sammy Virji, minimal tech mastermind East End Dubs will also be part of CRSSD Festival 2024. Toman, Beatport’s best-selling minimal/deep tech artist of all time, and Sofia Kourtesis, who just released her highly praised debut album Madres, all are part of the lineup.
Techno rules the City Steps stage, which is home to both well-known artists and up-and-coming stars. The stage is led by French legend TRYM. He is the boss of a new generation of artists who like to play with the line between hard dance and techno that shakes the warehouse. Richie Hawtin, one of the founders of dance music culture, is also on the CRSSD 2024 lineup, along with the legendary electronic artist Jeff Mills. The bill keeps getting deeper with the widely adored Joris Voorn and a fiery B2B set from Héctor Oaks and Tiga.
