Sasha Lugovskiy is currently residing in Kiyv, Ukraine, although he was born and reared in Luhansk, Ukraine. Lugovskiy is someone who appreciates movement and development. His music is alive and keeps the atmosphere in the Ukrainian capital moving, which is important given the current unrest in the country.
Lugovskiy, Chocollab, and Rushkeys, two other local producers and collaborators, have teamed up with Lugovskiy in an effort to revitalize the underground house music scene in Lugovskiy’s adopted city of Kiyv. They plan to achieve this through promoting parties and club nights that they personally hold, as well as by creating with local musicians.
