Fred again.. recently revealed a last-minute, unexpected event with Skrillex and Four Tet at Camden’s Electric Ballroom tonight (5 January), and it sold out practically immediately.
The unexpected performance follows the collaboration between Skrillex, Fred, and Flowdan on the song “Rumble.”
Skrillex has discussed Four Tet’s contribution to his latest collaboration with Fred Again and Flowdan.
Four Tet is an honorary producer on everything we do, pretty much like a ghost producer – Skrillex
The three celebrities could be seen in a selfie uploaded to Four Tet’s Instagram Stories, which also included a link to tickets and the information that the show starts at 8 o’clock.
The producer discussed the surprise release and how the song was once a collaboration between only Fred Again.. and Flowdan in an interview with Jack Saunders on BBC Radio 1.
After hearing the music for the first time and requesting the stems, Moore started working on the tune independently.
