The brand new super luxury hotel, Dubai’s Atlantis The Royal has thrown an exclusive opening ceremony this weekend. Selected guests, an outstanding fireworks show, and, Swedish House Mafia and Beyonce as the special performers.
This weekend, a group of VIP guests and celebrities descended on Atlantis The Royal for the opening weekend. The forthcoming giant hotel has celebrated its big opening with a massive grand reveal event, where VIP guests have been able to see Beyoncé and Swedish House Mafia perform a complete live performance.
Although the private performances and celebrity visits are reserved for invite-only guests, a firework display was visible outside the hotel on the night of the grand opening.

Along with Beyoncé, the international DJ trio responsible for chart-topping hits like Don’t You Worry Child, Save the World, and Moth to a Flame has performed at the opening afterparty.
Their final performance in the UAE was in November 2022 at the Formula 1 after-race concert. Swedish House Mafia in the last year or so has been particularly active in the middle east with gigs in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Dubai’s Atlantis The Royal
Atlantis The Royal will be a 43-story cantilevered structure with 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms, and 102 suites, all with views of the Arabian Sea and Palm Island.
The hotel will also contain restaurants helmed by renowned superstar chefs such as Gastón Acurio, Costas Spiliadis, Ariana Bundy, Heston Blumenthal, and José Andrés when it opens.
The resort offers 44 private infinity pools attached to suites and penthouses, as well as two adults-only pools. The resort will also have a helipad, “fire breathing” fountains, and the world’s largest aquarium of 4,000 jellyfish.
