Innellea continues his journey through life and death with the second part of Five Phases EP, on Afterlife. This second pack contains Reflected Wisdom and Force Adaption, combining Innellea’s mastery of fusing dreamy melodies and heavy beats.

With a new installment from his grandiose live project, Innellea returns to Afterlife: the sinister poison of “Forced Adaptation” from Five Phases* growls. We come upon a breakdown with neon overtones in the middle that is meant to get people dancing.

Adaptation is a big episode of life, which takes over in a slow hidden transaction. Real life hustle and routines are hitting in and stealing our time to be rebellious. This is the phase of acceptance and comes with some negative experiences, as we are forced to bend. During this phase it is more important than ever to have a counter pole that balances negativity with positive encounters. Frequent breakouts are part of this phase, in which we ask ourselves ; when did we stop dreaming? – Innellea

With Innellea providing the electric funk, “Reflected Wisdom” has a bit more urgency and vivacious energy. From birth to death, Five Phases takes the audience on a five-phase journey across a number of releases and a forthcoming longer live set.

Life now brings us to the phase full of reflection and awareness. Every successful quest, failure and standing up has formed our highest state of existence. Through time, experience and reflection we reach wisdom. Things are getting slower, we are getting slower. We pass on what we have learned to those who are still rebellious. – Innellea

A cinematic representation of life in five periods, from conception to death. The five steps are described as follows: “The Awakening – Rebellious Leaning – Forced Adaptation – Reflected Wisdom – The Conclusion” in five tracks and an extended Live-Set idea. With the next releases from Innellea, the phases will be revealed.

Parallel with the release of these five new records, Innellea is now on tour bringing his groundbreaking music and visual concepts around the world. Kicking off this Friday, the tour will touch India, Dubai, Brazil, Lebanon and more to be announced.
