Enrico Sangiuliano‘s NINETOZERO label is returning with another great EP today. It includes a fresh new tune of his own, ‘Glitch In Time,’ as well as new sounds from Alex Lentini & STOMP BOXX, Antonio D’Africa & Sall, and Mattia Saviolo.
The Glitch In Time EP arrives ahead of Enrico’s fifth all-night event, SOLO #5, which takes place on November 3rd at D-Edge in So Paulo.
NINETOZERO is Enrico Sangiuliano‘s temporary label, which will release ten chapters in total. Each is a new sound evolution from this techno titan as he seeks to challenge the concept of perpetual music.
This collaboration, Glitch In Time EP, with Italian producers collective The Sentinels arose from regular WhatsApp chats regarding music and production, during which Enrico revealed the notion of ‘Glitch In Time‘.
They determined that they could each approach this chapter in their own unique way. The end product is a powerful selection of tunes, each of which offers an intriguing interpretation of the idea.
Sangiuliano’s ‘Glitch In Time‘: The EP
Sangiuliano’s ‘Glitch In Time‘ begins with a twitching techno roller with powerful drums thudding deep and warped synths and eerie vocals all adding intricacy as the suspense grows.
Sweeping filters and throbbing synths give this futuristic music a tremendous impact.
Alex Lentini and STOMP BOXX took on a new challenge, improving their expertise of electronics. On the digital EP, they present two tracks that reflect their heritage and analog techno culture while revealing a fresh artistic identity.
Arresto Momentum
‘Arresto Momentum‘ combines rave elements, strobe lighting, raw techno percussion, and saw-tooth synth buzz to create a unique raw and deep melody sound.
Diagonal Matrix
Meanwhile, ‘Diagonal Matrix‘ is a dramatic composition with broken drum beats, futuristic synths, and mournful melodies that lead the audience into a new auditory universe that unveils another side of their nature.
Skylark
‘Skylark‘ by Antonio D’Africa & Sall is a powerful techno funk track that flawlessly captivates ambient soundscapes, pounding bass lines, forceful percussion, transcendent synth melodies, and sophisticated glitch effects.
The music has been painstakingly produced to evoke a profound sense of fluidity and uplift, keeping the dance floor alive and enthusiastic.
Distant Memories
Finally, on ‘Distant Memories,’ Mattia Saviolo mixes dazzling chords full of hope and optimism alongside pondering keys and roaring techno grooves, evoking a faded memory lying in the depths of our thoughts, waiting to be unearthed.
