Time Warp announces cancelation due to Coronavirus

"The Ministry of Health of the German state of Baden-Württemberg has adjusted their crisis prevention programme as to that all events with more than 1.000 visitors have to be cancelled."

Iconic German techno festival, Time Warp announces cancelation for this year, 2020, event because of the spreading of the new Covid-19 Coronavirus.

Planned for the next 4 of April 2020, Time Warp would have taken place in Mannheim, Germania. Considered by techno-fans one of the best underground and techno music events in the world, this year’s Time Warp would have featured artists from the light of Adam Beyer, Adriatique, Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, Nina Kraviz, Solomun and many others.

Unfortunately, as explained by the festival itself in the press release, The Ministry of Health has issued a new measure to contrast the spreading of the Covid-19: all the events from now until the end of the crisis can’t exceed the 1000 visitors.

At the moment, the festival has not released any information about tickets’ refunds. The press release states that the ticket holders will be contacted directly with further information.

Time Warp cancelation marks another huge event in Europe that won’t take place. Tomorrowland Winter, DLDK Madrid, and Ultra Music Festival are some of the festivals already canceled.
