Only a few weeks after the release of his song “Pipeline,” which was inspired by the Paris protests, the incredibly brilliant French producer Worakls is already back to share a new song with us called “54.” The new single comes paired with the exciting announcement that Worakls is readying his latest studio album masterpiece which he will no doubt be sampling on the road for fans during his next tour ‘Orchestra‘ which begins in September.

On his record label Sonate, Worakls has opted to hit hard with “54.” The signature Worakls song is “54,” which has a uniting melody, an electric atmosphere, and a carefully orchestrated orchestration. Both longtime and new listeners will like the song’s balance of form and content. LIV, the name of Worakls’ daughter who served as the idea for this design, is the conversion of “54” into Roman numerals. It’s also a reference to Studio 54, the most iconic club in history.

The artwork, developed by Italian information designer Giorgia Lupi, visualizes both the song’s melody as well as the song’s history and genesis. The two key dates for the song’s plot (2.25.22 and 9.2.22) are layered on the 54 backdrop lines and are represented by the black dashes and links. The central artwork represents a manual dissection of all the instruments and melodies in the song as heard by Giorgia Lupi.

After providing the music for Hugo Clément’s “Sur Le Front” television documentaries for France 5,

With a recently concluded North American tour, a Gold export single for his song “Salzburg,” a remix of Armin van Buuren’s “One More Time,” and his previous single “Pipeline,” Worakls is eager to introduce the next iteration of his project with a tour and a new album. The Orchestra Tour, which will travel throughout Europe from Lyon on September 23 to Munich on December 11, 2022, will take place in no less than 16 cities.
