After a string of hard-hitting house tracks with artists like Third Party and Afrojack, including “For The People” and “Back To Where We Started,” Nicky Romero finally drops “Stay A Little Longer,” his much-awaited duet with DubVision and singer-songwriter Philip Strand.
Romero returns to his melodic progressive beginnings in this song, which starts with organic instrumentals and a heartfelt vocal performance. Setting a wistful but hopeful tone, “Stay A Little Longer” soars with a euphoric drop that feels akin to the bliss of festivals’ main stages that Romero and DubVision regularly grace around the globe.
The song is already a fan favorite because of Nicky’s performances of it at Ultra Japan, Korea, Colombia, Peru, and most recently Amsterdam Music Festival.
Brothers Victor and Stepha Leicher, better known as DubVision have released on Revealed Recordings, Spinnin’ Records, Musical Freedom Records, Tomorrowland Music, STMPD RCRDS, Wall Recordings, and more. Their biggest hit to date, “Anywhere With You,” which they worked on with Afrojack and Lucas & Steve, has received over 40M Spotify streams as of this writing.
