Kryder’s iconic music label, Sosumi has announced its come back with an Instagram post.

Launched in 2014 by Kryder, Sosumi Records has started a new and fresh wave of electronic music in an already saturated industry. The imprint has been also the pioneering for free download music label being one of the first and surely one of the most important that has decided to release its music completely free with no limitation. Sosumi has literally created a music movement from scratch being recognized as one of the most iconic record labels between 2015 and 2017.

Kryder’s creation has hosted an incredible amount of legendary parties, from Miami to Amsterdam creating the trend of groove music. With tunes that are now classics, such as Simon de Jano and Bottai’s K.I.T.T. or FRAANKLYN’s Rock the Funky Beat, Sosumi has surely written a chapter of the electronic dance music book.

After more than 4 years of incredible releases, in 2018 Sosumi announced it would no longer release new music. Really bad news for fans all around the globe; luckily, some months later, Kryder and Tom Staar announced Cartel Recordings and after that, Kryder himself launched another imprint, under Spinnin’ called Kryteria Records.

Music was never missing but the emotional attachment to the label that started all never gone away.

After more than a year of hiatus, just yesterday, via Sosumi Instagram account, the label announced its come back. The post is still very cryptic with a generic caption “We’re coming back to change the game… #WatchThisSpace #KryteriaFamily“.

No information has been released at the moment but, we suggest to keep an eye on Kryder’s Kryteria Radio and Sosumi’s official profiles for future news.
