AN21, a Greek-Swedish DJ and producer, has developed a 2023 remix of “The Ocean,” a legendary progressive house song originally produced by Steve Angello and released on Tomorrowland Music and SIZE Records today!
This year, in honor of the 20th anniversary of SIZE Records, label owner Steve Angello, who is also a member of the Swedish House Mafia, enlisted the assistance of his younger brother, who is one of the most influential members of the SIZE Records family, to offer a contemporary update to his classic track from 2015.
The remix by AN21 adds a melodic techno twist to the original, which generates a sense of suspense and expectation that gradually unfolds throughout the entirety of the song and provides space for Julia Spada’s hypnotic vocals to develop to their full potential.
