Nils Hoffmann releases the next single, and title track, off his new album ‘Running In A Dream‘. The song was written in conjunction with Swedish producer Kasbo and features vocals by Vancouver Sleep Clinic.

Music has always been a part of Nils‘ life, shaped by German electronic music culture and his own classical schooling. Nils began his musical adventure at the age of 16 and quickly accumulated a wealth of experience. To date, the 27-year-old producer’s music has received over 120 million streams. He has played at prestigious locations such as Printworks London, the Brooklyn Mirage, and The Gorge Amphitheatre.

Nils’ upcoming album, Running In A Dream, comes after the release of his sophomore album, A Radiant Sign, on Anjunadeep last year. The album has amassed an incredible 24 million streams to date. It has received broadcast support from renowned outlets such as BBC Broadcast 1, SiriusXM Chill, and KCRW. It debuted at the top of the iTunes Dance charts and immediately gained support from musicians such as Maceo Plex, Joris Voorn, and Eelke Kleijn. Nils proceeded on a lengthy live tour to promote the album, captivating audiences on three continents with over 40 mesmerizing performances.

I‘m very happy to present this new record to everyone after working on it over the last few months. The album was inspired by my world travels and, of course, my home in Berlin. This is a very personal project to me and is a culmination of so many beautiful experiences I’ve had over the past year. A collaboration with Kasbo

Nils collaborates with Kasbo on the new single ‘Running In A Dream‘. It combines Vancouver Sleep Clinic’s dreamy vocals with warm pads and a fascinating lead synth. Kasbo is an accomplished electronic producer from Gothenburg, Sweden. Hi releases are on prestigious labels such as ODESZA’s Foreign Family Collective, Counter Records, Mom+Pop, and others. Vancouver Sleep Clinic is an Australian singer-songwriter who debuted his first EP in 2014. He then has subsequently released many albums, garnered over 300 million streams across his repertoire, and received support on BBC Radio 1.

This brilliantly collaborative track exemplifies the ‘Running In A Dream‘ album from which it takes its title. Vancouver Sleep Clinic, Swedish producer Kasbo, British singer-songwriter Rae Morris, Brisbane-based producer and vocalist The Kite String Tangle, and Australian musician Dustin Tebbutt are among the many collaborators on the album.

Nils demonstrates his skill of melodic house production throughout the album. He draws inspiration from industry heavyweights such as RÜFÜS DU SOL, Lafur Arnalds, and Stephan Bodzin. From uplifting synth leads to introspective vocals, ‘Running In A Dream”s high-caliber compositions are a testament to the skilled producer’s talents.
