Carlita drops her remix for RÜFÜS DU SOL ‘See You Again’

Carlita displays her prolific artistry with announcement of forthcoming Cercle set, Senza Fine party during New York Fashion Week, and recent RÜFÜS DU SOL remix

Carlita has drawn attention, and for good reason. The Turkish-Italian musician, a multi-instrumentalist with classical training, is now living in New York City and is associated with some of the most prestigious underground scenes. She is well known for performing on unusual platforms around the world, including the launch of Tesla’s Gigafactory and Burning Man. This summer, she’s turned up the heat with her project by getting her hands on numerous impressive ventures.

Carlita will be going to the legendary Cinecittà Studios in Rome, Italy on September 5 to film a prestigious Cercle Set. Her performance will take place against the backdrop of the Cinecittà Studios, often known as “La fabbrica dei sogni” (or “Dream Factory”). In its more than 80-year history, more than 3,000 movies have been filmed there, and at least 51 of them have received Academy Awards. The co-sign from Cercle is certainly an admirable accolade for any DJ, and Carlita is thrilled to rise to the occasion and bring her worldly and eclectic sound to the Cercle family.

Her official remix of the RÜFÜS DU SOL song “See You Again” was made available earlier this month as a part of their album “SURRENDER REMIXES,” along with remixes by other musicians including Adriatique, Colyn, Dom Dolla, and others. This endorsement from the Grammy-winning group exposes her to a sizable number of popular dance lovers and affords her the noble chance to spread the word about her talent.

Carlita will host Senza Fine, a multisensory high-fashion concept party, in conjunction with New York Fashion Week. The party aims to blur the boundaries between genres of music, people, design, and experience – attendees will be immersed in a boundless celebration of the senses through the use of colored haze, lighting, fragrance, and curation of architectural design.

Heron Preston, a renowned creative director, designer, and DJ, will grace the Senza Fine DJ booth to combine fashion and music. Preston sprang to prominence when he launched his own brand in 2016 and has since worked with some of the greatest names in fashion, including Virgil Abloh, Calvin Klein, and BAPE. Agathe Mougin, a fellow designer and the face of YSL Beauty, Rony Seikaly, a former NBA player who is now a DJ and producer, the Dutch brothers Parallels, London’s own Xander and Fede, Cairo’s Gawdat, and Cole Trickle are all present with Preston. Tickets are available here.

These three events are simply a sample of the magnificent things Carlita will produce in the near and distant future. Watch this space for forthcoming details about Carlita’s upcoming releases – which are impressive, to say the least.
