Leading the techno international scene, Charlotte de Witte’s KNTXT label has now teamed up with Apple Music where the Belgian techno artist and her label will curate a dedicated page that will focus on exclusive residency, live, radio, and guest mixes.
At Apple Music, we’re big fans of Charlotte and all that she’s built with KNTXT, we’re really excited to provide her a global platform for her DJ Mixes and creative output – Stephen Campbell, Global Head of Dance & Electronic
The curated Apple Music page will feature a variety of series focusing on different aspects of the KNTXT label’s operations. The KNTXT Residency series will feature a monthly exclusive mix from label boss Charlotte de Witte, while the KNTXT Live series will highlight the best DJ mixes recorded at the label nights. They’ll be presenting a series of guest mixes by a diverse group of artists under the KNTXT Radio tier. Finally, the KNTXT x New Form division will allow fans to relive Charlotte de Witte’s legendary New Form Livestream mixes. More information on the upcoming KNTXT Active line will be available soon.
I’ve had a lot of radio and podcast experiences in the past and it’s something I always enjoyed doing. It enables me to showcase another side of techno and electronic music, not necessarily focussed on peak time club tracks, but offering a wide variety of deeper and more underground music. The page will be loaded with content when it first goes live, including guest mixes from Anna and Pär Grindvik. The KNTXT x New Form mixes include Rave On Time, Formula, and Return To Nowhere, and feature artists such as Chris Liebing, Shlomi Aber, Jon Hester, Amotik, 747, and more.
After recently headlining a historic ‘New Form’ IV: Formula livestream presented by Beatport and Formula 1, serving up her own brand new Formula EP, and taking up her role as A&R essential talents for the KNTXT label with recent EPs from the likes of Alignment and ONYVAA, de Witte’s year continues to be fruitful.
This is the latest in a long line of creative endeavors for one of techno’s most well-known and trailblazing figures.
