Daydream Festival Japan has been canceled due to the new Covid-19 Coronavirus still an issue in the area.

As expected, also the dance music industry has been highly affected by the spreading of the new Coronavirus. With 274 cases in the mainland and more than 700 cases on the “Diamond Princess” cruise ship, Japan is the 5th most-affected country. If the situation on the cruise ship is now under control, Japanese authorities are working hard to ensure the safety of the population as well as the containing of the virus.

Planned for the 19th of April, 2020, Daydream Festival Japan would have welcomed Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Afrojack, Alan Walker, and a packed lineup to be announced. This would be also the debut of the Daydream Festival in Japan. Unfortunately because of the virus, to protect guests, artists, and staff and to avoid any other possible infections, Daydream Festival Japan has been canceled.

We are extremely sorry to announce that Daydream Festival Japan, which was scheduled to be held on April 19, 2020, has been cancelled due to the imminent necessity to protect the guests including the artists from the serious risk of Coronavirus infection.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
Thank you very much for your support and love. – Daydream Festival Japan
