Corey James returns on SIZE with ‘Somewhere In My Heart’

The club beats perfectly merged with this engaging melody that evolves into house-driven vibes but, still, keeping the fast club elements is a perfect combination.

Together with Stevie Krash, Somewhere In My Heart marks the first Corey James‘ release in 2020 and on SIZE Records.

We’ve heard about Corey James last year with his collaboration Feed on Protocol together FaderX. Last year he also released on Oliver Heldens’ imprint Heldeep but, it’s been a few months since Corey’s latest release on SIZE. Last year he dropped Artifact From 83 and DNA on Steve Angello’s SIZE Records and, he is now ready to come back with another banger.

Somewhere In My Heart kicks off with a rolling and catchy percussive rhythm, rapidly enriched with the vocal. The club beats perfectly merged with this engaging melody that evolves into house-driven vibes but, still, keeping the fast club elements is a perfect combination. Corey James’ Somewhere In My Heart could really be the first original and different house music tune we have heard this time. It’s something different, that stands out and can’t really be compared to sounds you’ve heard from that or that other song.

Release last Friday, Corey James & Stevie Krash Somewhere In My Heart is the second release of SIZE in 2020. Steve Angello’s record label has been quite silent in the last year and, we hope this breath of fresh air could start a new and better chapter for the imprint.
